Take your time sipping that bottle of water, and you'll get the most out of it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How can you tell of you're dehydrated by your work out? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weigh yourself before, and after your work out.  If you have lost pounds on the scale, drink 16oz for every pound lost.
